Ground Protection tiles can be placed on terrain with very low CBR values

PORTABLE, EASY TO HANDLE AND QUICK AND EASY TO INSTALL/REMOVE

CREATE TEMPORARY ROADWAYS

Cover a surface area of any shape or size

Protecting Floor Tiles makes it easy to create a stable ground, even on weak surfaces like clay. The special ribbed underside locks with the ground material, keeping the tiles steady. The only limitation is that the ground must not be sinking, such as swampy or moorland areas.

Installation is quick and requires little to no preparation. The tiles form an even surface over sand, gravel, mud, grass, asphalt, and more. Their design spreads weight evenly, making them reliable for heavy vehicles like trucks and forklifts.

If there’s a hole under the tile, it can either span across it or bend slightly under pressure, then spring back once the vehicle passes. For best results—especially on slopes—the surface should be closed in width to improve strength and stability.

In crisis zones, every minute counts

Protecting Floor Tiles makes it possible to establish secure access routes even on weak ground with very low CBR values, such as clay, mud, or sand. With rapid installation and minimal ground preparation, the system creates stable roads that enable ambulances, supply trucks, and emergency teams to reach refugee camps promptly.

By bridging unstable terrain, the tiles ensure reliable and continuous access—helping life-saving aid reach those in need when it is most critical.

Emphasis on Performance

Soft soils, mud, or clay are no barrier with Protecting Floor Tiles. Designed for rapid deployment, they create stable, load-bearing roads over low CBR ground, enabling uninterrupted access for emergency relief vehicles into refugee camps.

The ribbed underside of each tile locks with the ground to increase stability, distributing weight evenly and allowing trucks, ambulances, and heavy machinery to pass safely. Even over holes or uneven terrain, the tiles can bridge gaps or flex under pressure and return to shape, ensuring reliable performance in challenging conditions.
